About Renew India
A Cleaner Tomorrow for All of Us.
India is changing. From electric vehicles on our roads to solar panels on rooftops and renewable energy transforming agriculture, we're witnessing a gradual shift towards a more sustainable future.
Renew India was created to make that journey easier to explore.
We're an independent educational platform bringing together information about renewable energy, electric mobility, government initiatives, and sustainable technologies in one place.
Our purpose is to help people across India discover what's possible, understand their options, and make informed decisions.
Our Story
It Started With a Simple Idea.
Renew India began as a personal project, driven by curiosity about India's growing renewable energy sector and the possibilities that technology can bring.
What started as an idea gradually developed into a platform covering electric vehicles, rooftop solar systems, solar-powered agricultural solutions, and government support for cleaner technologies.
The website continues to evolve, with improvements, new information, and features being developed along the way.
It's a project built on learning, experimentation, and the desire to create something useful.
What We're Building
Bringing India's Clean Energy Journey Together.
Renew India focuses on three important areas:
- Electric Mobility
- Helping visitors explore electric cars and two-wheelers available in India, compare specifications, understand pricing, and discover relevant government incentives.
- Solar Energy
- Making rooftop solar systems easier to understand through practical guides, installation cost estimates, and information about available government support.
- Sustainable Agriculture
- Exploring solar-powered pumps and other renewable technologies that can help India's agricultural communities.
Our aim is to keep these resources accessible, understandable, and useful for everyday decisions.
Behind Renew India
A Little About the Creator.
I'm a 13-year-old aspiring entrepreneur and developer from Bengaluru, with a growing interest in technology, innovation, and sustainability.
Renew India is something I've been building and improving as I continue learning. The website is regularly updated, with changes to its design, information, and functionality.
There's still a lot to explore, and every improvement is an opportunity to learn something new.
I hope this platform becomes a useful resource for people who want to better understand the technologies shaping India's energy future.
Our Approach
Independent. Informative. Always Improving.
Renew India is an independent educational project. We're not affiliated with the Government of India, and we don't sell vehicles, install solar systems, process subsidy applications, or collect payments.
Where possible, we connect visitors to official government resources and manufacturer websites so they can verify information for themselves.
Our guides are periodically reviewed, and our calculators provide estimates rather than guaranteed costs or savings.
As technologies, prices, and government policies change, we aim to keep improving the information available on the platform.
Looking Ahead
Building Something Useful, One Step at a Time.
Renew India is still growing.
There are new topics to explore, better tools to develop, and plenty of opportunities to improve how information is presented.
The goal isn't to have all the answers. It's to keep learning, keep improving, and make India's transition towards cleaner energy a little easier for everyone to understand.
